Lakhto- Crisp and optimally sweet, this traditional snack is coated in jaggery and made from an all purpose flour based dough. They are in the form of deep fried strips.

Tandon Ji Ke Samose

Samosa- Deep fried triangular pastry stuffed with a mixture of mashed potatoes cooked in oil along with panch phoran (a whole spice blend) and some basic spices and seasonings.

Dahi- Thick, smooth and creamy curd set in traditional earthen pots, served on dried Sal leaf.

Peda- Cardamom flavoured traditional Indian sweet made from a dense and rich lump of solidified milk that is obtained by simmering milk mixed with sugar, for a long time.

Gajar Barfi- Soft, rich and dense traditional Indian sweet made of a cooked mixture of grated carrots, milk, khoya, sugar and dryfruits.
