HOLI ka Tyohar aur DADI ka Pyaar - (Gujiya + Pindi Chole + Dahi Bhalle) making

Just like any Indian festival, the celebration and joy surrounding Holi, the festival of colours is incomplete without good food. The traditional delicacies that augment the pleasure of this celebration include gujiya, adoos, thandai, poori sabzi, chole, malpua, dahi bhalle, etc. After spending the whole day playing with colours, in the evening people visit each other to exchange greetings and good wishes with sweets and homemade treats. A day or two prior to Holi, almost every household celebrating it begins all the arrangements for the making of the above-mentioned delicacies.
