The cuisine over here is a potpourri of numerous cultural influences like that has existed over the centuries. With influences like that of the Portuguese, French, Konkan, Malabar etc. The Goan cuisine is a blend of native and the foreign food traditions. Moreover, the three main communities of Goa - Hindus, Muslims and Christians - have shaped it's culinary terrain.
In this extensive series we will take you on an incredible and off beat gustatory journey that will make you fall in love with the 'Rome Of The East'.
